Governor Checks Readiness The Airport To Welcome Idul Fitri 2016

Semarang (01/07) - In the frame of monitoring of readiness of homecoming 2016, Governor of Central Java Mr. Ganjar Pranowo held a road show on Friday, 1 July 2016. The Governor visited Tawang Station, Terboyo Terminal, Port of Tanjung Emas, Ahmad Yani International Airport, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang Toll Road, Solo linking Semarang, Bawen, Rest Area, Highway linking Semarang, Bawen and Semarang toll road, Solo linking Bawen, Salatiga. The Ahmad Yani International Airport is the fourth destination visited after the Port of Tanjung Emas. Exactly at 11.00 noon Governor arrived at Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. He was immediately greeted by the General Manager, Station Manager Airnav Semarang and the officials in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang.

The direct inspection was conducted in the Idul Fitri 1437H/2016 Air Carrier Integrated Post. He saw and monitored a graph of aircraft and passenger movements, both departing and incoming and provided directions related to activities that must be performed at the Idul Fitri 1437H/2016 Air Carrier Integrated Post.

After that, he headed to the pickup zone and the airport taxi queue. Airport Taxi is one of his highlights about the service facility at Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The Governor often gets complaints related to airport taxi service at his twitter account. Therefore, to ensure the truth of the complaint, the Governor got in the car to see the state of the car and interacted with the taxi drivers. “Your body must smell good bro…, you must be well-dressed and polite to the passengers. The good service and the comfort of passengers that are important things to you and your work,” said Ganjar.
